We are looking for a talented Management Consultant to join and grow with us. The role would offer the best working environment and working international clients.

The Role Overview

The Management Consultant role is a new role that we have set up to be able to have deeper engagements with our enterprise customers as we seek to support their extensive enterprise projects across all of NeosAlpha’s focus areas. This role helps us provide a trusted advisor to our customers especially at the start of the engagement to understand their business requirements, solve their challenges, co-create solutions, and then bring them back to our teams to help our project managers and engineers execute the plans for maximum impact.


This role is also critical to help us move up the value chain and set up us to engage with C-Suite leaders beyond the CTO’s office to solve a wider range of requirements, especially in the fields of Marketing, Consumer Data, and Commerce. We expect the person leading this responsibility to be able to see the interconnected joints between Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service. We have synergies to provide on the integration of MarTech, AdTech, CRM, and Audience Data systems. The role of the consultant is to be the trusted advisor to the client and help them see the potential system integrations that will drive productivity and business impact by
bringing all complimentary functions together.

Job Description

A. You have sourced new contracts which broaden the scope of engagements around:

  • Business consulting
  • Solutions for integration of marketing systems
  • Solutions for integration of Audience Data systems to CRM
  • Solutions for integration of Marketing to Commerce

B. You have driven the range of integration and automation around:

  • Creating a single view of customers across CRM and Audience Data from Paid and Owned
    sources
  • Automation of customer insights, segmentation, and activation through the use of low-
    code, no-code ML and AI systems
  • Deployment of Low Code, No Code products on MarTech systems
  • Integrating systems to power seamless consumer journeys emerging from marketing
    triggers right from exposure to checkout on owned or third-party marketplaces

C. You have driven thought leadership around the impact of AI and ML on various aspects of digital transformation with a focus on:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Customer Data management
  • Marketing-commerce interfaces

The following skills and attributes will be essential:

  • 15+ years of experience in business consulting, CRM solutions, and MarTech service providers
  • Experience in driving digital transformation in technology services and client organizations
  • Experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, and Audience Data
  • Experience building MarTech and Customer Data Platform offerings and scaling them across clients
    and markets.
  • Experience in integrating various parts of the digital marketing supply chain across audience data,
    digital creative, paid media distribution, and analytics

Qualifications

  • Any Graduation or Masters
