We used the Boomi platform to connect all three core systems: Microsoft SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors, and Practice Management System Elite 3E to ensure effective integration and consistent data flow. This integration enabled the automated syncing of employee data, such as images, from SharePoint to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring that all employee profiles in the HR system were updated with the latest and most accurate photos.
- For the successful integration, we utilised Boomi’s HTTP Connector to call SuccessFactors’ REST APIs. This allowed us to push the latest employee images into the system effectively.
