Business Objective
The primary objective of Carwow was to automate the flow of invoice data between QuoteVine (Accelerate) and Oracle NetSuite for better operational efficiency and financial accuracy. Manual data entry between two systems was not only time-consuming but also high-risk for human error. They wanted to lay the scalable foundation that could support Carwow’s rapid business growth and future digital finance automation needs.

We leveraged our Boomi iPaaS expertise to design and deliver an integration solution that automated the complete invoice data flow between QuoteVine (Accelerate) and Oracle NetSuite.
1. Automated Invoice Synchronization
Using Boomi iPaaS, we implemented a one-way integration to automatically create invoices in NetSuite whenever a new invoice is generated in QuoteVine (Accelerate). This solution eliminates manual effort, reduces turnaround time, and ensures 100% data consistency across both platforms.
As QuoteVine (Accelerate) is hosted in the cloud and accessible via standard REST APIs, Boomi connects directly to it for reliable, secure data retrieval.
2. Cloud-Native Integration Setup
The integration was deployed using Boomi Atom (runtime) in the Public Atom Cloud (runtime cloud), leveraging its scalability, flexibility, and secure runtime environment. This setup ensured consistent communication between the two cloud systems without any on-premises dependencies. The integration was designed to be schedule-based rather than API triggered to minimize load during peak transaction periods and control execution frequency.
3. Simplified Data Mapping
To simplify data mapping, we took a lightweight 1:1 field-mapping approach (15–20 fields) to transfer invoice details directly, without complex transformations. This data flow approach minimized latency and improved processing efficiency, resulting in faster invoice creation cycles.
4. Smart Error Handling and Notifications
We configured real-time email notifications for any business or technical exceptions encountered during integration. This proactive alert system enabled Carwow’s finance and support teams to monitor operations and respond quickly to anomalies continuously.
5. Agile Delivery and Handover
Following an agile and collaborative approach, NeosAlpha completed the end-to-end implementation within the given timeline (from setup and development to UAT support and production deployment). Our team also ensured comprehensive handover documentation to Carwow’s teams so that they can manage and extend the integration with ease.
