We are looking for a visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative and functional mobile and Web products. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.
One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design, and our customers and serving our brand’s purpose, business missions, and customer needs.
Indicative Experience:
4 to 8 years
Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Visual Designer with us, you will be responsible for creating and refining design elements including
typography, iconography, color schemes, space, and texture. Leveraging your expertise in these areas,
you will craft visually compelling designs that enhance user navigation and ensure a seamless,
comfortable experience with our products.
- User Interface Design: Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that facilitate seamless navigation and understanding of information.
- Design Preparation: Collect and organize information and materials necessary for design projects.
- Concept Development: Develop clear, innovative ideas and designs for creative assets from concept through to final delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow designers to maintain a cohesive brand identity and user experience across all platforms.
- Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other team members to design user-friendly software solutions.
- Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into visually appealing and functional designs.
- Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure designs are modern and relevant.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate storyboards into compelling visual stories that enhance learning and user engagement.

- Design Tools Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, InVisionApp, UXPin, and other relevant design tools.
- Additional Skills (Good to Have): Working Experience in WordPress.
