Disconnected Systems
Multiple platforms like HubSpot, iSAMS, NetSuite, and Workday operated in silos, making it difficult to maintain a unified view of student and staff data.
International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a rapidly growing network of over 116 private international schools operating across more than 25 countries, supporting the education of 116,000+ students worldwide. The organization focuses on building high-performing schools that are deeply rooted in their local communities while maintaining global standards of excellence.
ISP’s core mission is to empower its schools to become the preferred choice for students and parents by delivering high-quality education, fostering future-ready learners, and continuously improving academic and operational outcomes. With a diverse and expanding global footprint, ISP places strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and scalable systems to support consistent growth and enriched learning experiences across all its institutions.
The primary objective was to establish a seamless, automated integration across CRM, student management, and ERP systems to ensure accurate, real-time data flow. The client aimed to eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors in student and customer records, and streamline critical processes such as student creation, re-enrollment, and financial onboarding. Additionally, they wanted improved visibility and synchronization of student and customer data across systems to support operational efficiency and scalability.

System Integration (CRM, ERP, SIS)
Multiple platforms like HubSpot, iSAMS, NetSuite, and Workday operated in silos, making it difficult to maintain a unified view of student and staff data.
Heavy reliance on manual processes led to delays, duplicate records, and inconsistent data across systems.
Fragmented data flow between HubSpot, iSAMS, and NetSuite made managing student journeys inefficient and error-prone.
Lack of synchronization between ClassLink and OneLogin caused delays in user provisioning and inconsistent access control.
Disconnected systems like Zenda and NetSuite led to challenges in tracking and reconciling financial data.
Lack of centralized monitoring made it difficult to track data flows and quickly resolve integration issues.
Scaling your operations with disconnected systems only creates more complexity. Build a future-ready integration framework that supports growth, automation, and complete visibility across your ecosystem.
Explore Our Azure Integration ServicesNeosAlpha designed and implemented a scalable integration framework using Boomi as the central iPaaS layer. This enabled orchestration of end-to-end workflows across CRM, SIS, ERP, HR, identity, and learning systems, ensuring real-time and batch data synchronization across the ecosystem.
Automated data flows were established from HubSpot to iSAMS, where applicant data (personal details, contact information, enrollment status) was transformed into student records. Further integration from iSAMS to NetSuite enabled automatic creation of customer records, including billing and account data, supporting seamless financial operations.
NeosAlpha integrated Workday with other enterprise systems through Boomi and ClassLink. Staff data (employee records, roles, organizational hierarchy) was synchronized to downstream systems, ensuring accurate staff provisioning and role-based access across platforms.
Integration between AWS and OneLogin enabled secure identity provisioning and authentication workflows. Additionally, ClassLink was integrated with iSAMS and Workday to automate user access for students, parents, and staff, ensuring consistent identity data and secure access control.
NeosAlpha connected ClassLink with learning systems (LearningHub) and iSAMS to enable real-time synchronization of student and staff data. This ensured that users had timely access to learning resources, schedules, and updates based on their roles and enrollment status.
Payment workflows were streamlined by integrating Zenda with NetSuite. Payment data (transactions, invoices, payment status) flowed seamlessly into NetSuite, enabling accurate financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
NeosAlpha implemented structured data transformation to map objects seamlessly across systems. Applicant data from HubSpot was converted into student records in iSAMS, and further into customer data in NetSuite, while employee data from Workday was mapped to user identities in ClassLink and OneLogin. This ensured consistent data structures and smooth interoperability across all platforms.
The architecture supported multiple schools and instances through dynamic routing and reusable sub-processes. Secure API-based integrations with OAuth authentication, along with robust error handling and monitoring, ensured high performance, reliability, and visibility across all integrations.
Eliminated manual data entry, ensuring consistent and error-free student and customer records across systems.
Reduced processing time for student creation and enrollment updates through real-time automation.
Enabled automatic creation of customer records in NetSuite, improving billing and financial operations.
Established a robust integration foundation capable of supporting future system expansions and increased student volumes.
