Over the years, OKA has expanded into a premium home décor and furniture retailer offering curated collections, handmade-to-order furniture, and interior design services. With a growing presence that includes 13 retail stores in the UK, three in the United States, and a strong eCommerce platform, OKA required a robust technology foundation to support its expanding operations and maintain consistent service quality across all channels.
